Job summary

Product Connections, part of Acosta Group, seeks associates to perform in-store food and non-food demonstrations, acquiring product knowledge and presenting samples to consumers. You will maintain professionalism, manage event setup, and support client audits while interacting with store personnel to meet objectives.

Role is capped at 25 hours per week, with flexibility based on business needs. A high school diploma or GED, basic PC skills, and possible food handler permit are required.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED; 1–3 months related experience preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proficient in using a personal computer or mobile device with internal systems.
  • Local Food handlers permit may be required.

Responsibilities

  • Possesses knowledge of products represented.
  • Proactively intercepts, engages, and sells to consumers.
  • Effectively communicates product features and benefits.
  • Prepare and serve samples using appliances (microwave, fryer, skillet, coffee maker, knives).
  • Maintain a clean, safe work station with cleaning chemicals.
  • Set up and prepare Event Table for execution.
  • Achieve 100% execution on assigned work.
  • Assist with client visit prep and audit corrections.
  • Builds rapport with store personnel to meet objectives.
  • Submit expense reports per Company Policy.
  • Access internet and internal systems; use Microsoft Word & Adobe PDFs.
