Job summary

Acosta Group is seeking an Associate to perform in-store food and non-food demonstrations with professionalism. You will learn products, engage customers, and demonstrate usage while maintaining safety and cleanliness at all times.

The role is part-time, not to exceed 25 hours weekly, and requires high school diploma with ability to operate MS Office and PDFs. Training supports bilingual needs and involves coordination with store personnel and client visits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 1–3 months related experience preferred.
• Proficient in using a PC or mobile device and internal systems.
• Good communication skills and the ability to serve and engage customers.

Responsibilities

• Gain adequate product knowledge and demonstrate products to consumers.
• Interact with shoppers to engage and sell products in a positive manner.
• Communicate features and benefits clearly to customers.
• Prepare and serve samples using small appliances and tools.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional workstation.
• Set up Event Table and complete all online requirements the same day as events.
• Submit expense reports following company policy.
