Job summary

Acosta Group is seeking an Associate for in-store food and non-food demonstrations. You will acquire product knowledge, engage consumers, demonstrate products professionally, and maintain a polished appearance. Expect up to 25 hours/week with flexible scheduling in a retail environment.

The role requires a high school diploma or GD, basic PC skills, and the ability to stand, lift up to 25 pounds, and travel limitedly. Training and compliance with retailer standards are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience and/or training preferred.
• Proficient with PC and internal systems.
• Able to stand/walk and handle materials regularly.

Responsibilities

• Engage and sell product to consumers in-store.
• Explain features and benefits of products clearly.
• Prepare and serve samples using standard equipment.
• Maintain clean and safe workstation and presentation area.
• Build rapport with store personnel to meet objectives.
• Complete expense reports and online requirements on time.
