Job summary

Crossmark Inc. is seeking a part-time Associate to perform in-store food and non-food demonstrations in Meredith, NH. You will prepare, serve, and break down samples, maintain clean workstations, and engage customers to communicate product benefits.

You will gain product knowledge, follow safety and appearance guidelines, and coordinate with store personnel to meet client objectives while completing required online/document tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or 1–3 months related experience.
• Proficient with personal computers and mobile devices and internal systems.
• Local food handler permit may be required.
• English is the primary language; bilingual skills may be required based on business necessity.

Responsibilities

• Possesses the aptitude to gain adequate product knowledge.
• Proactively engage and sell products to consumers in a positive manner.
• Communicate features and benefits of the product.
• Prepare and serve food samples using microwaves, fryers, skillets, coffee makers and knives.
• Maintain a clean, sterile and safe work station and professional appearance.
