Job summary

CROSSMARK is seeking an Associate to perform in-store food and non-food demonstrations, learn product details, and professionally engage consumers. You will prepare, display, and break down products and equipment, while maintaining a polished appearance suitable for client sites.

Responsibilities include RFQ-style audit support, working with store personnel, and using company systems like Microsoft Outlook to submit reports. This role is part-time with retail hours in the NH market.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Training or experience in retail demonstrations preferred.
• Ability to learn product details quickly.

Responsibilities

• Possess aptitude to gain knowledge of products represented.
• Proactively intercept, engage, interact, and sell product to consumers in a positive manner.
• Communicate features and benefits of the product effectively.
• Prepare and serve product samples using small appliances (microwaves, fryers, skillets, coffee makers, knives).
• Maintain a clean, sterile and safe workstation with cleaning chemicals.
• Maintain a professional appearance consistent with job requirements.
• Set up and prepare Event Table for execution.
• Achieve 100% execution on assigned work.
• Assist with client visits and audit corrections.
• Build rapport with store personnel to meet client objectives.
• Complete expense reports per Company Policy.
• Submit online requirements on event days; use Outlook and view documents.
