Job summary

Club Demonstration Services (CDS) is seeking a Full Time Event Manager to recruit, hire and supervise in-store product demonstrators. You will oversee product preparation, training and ensure excellent service to Costco members, coordinating between warehouse managers, vendors and demonstrators, including participation in grand openings.

CDS is the in-house event marketing provider to Costco, offering a set schedule and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or equivalent experience; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in a client-side, branded consumer goods company; or a combination of supplier-side and client-side experience.
• High attention to detail with excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train and hire part-time staff.
• Oversee product preparation and presentation, including food safety and sanitation.
• Train Product Demonstrators in demonstration preparation and excellent customer services.
• Communicate between multiple managers, vendors and demonstrators.
• Participate in new location grand openings as required.
