Job summary

Advantage Solutions, overseeing Club Demonstration Services (CDS) events, seeks an Event Manager to recruit, train and supervise in-store product demonstrators. You will oversee product prep and presentation, including food safety and sanitation, and coordinate with managers, vendors and staff for successful grand openings.

The role offers a set Tue–Sat schedule with full-time benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, 401(k) and generous PTO.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or equivalent; preferred Bachelor's Degree or higher.
• 2–4 years in retail, hospitality or food environments.
• Detail oriented with strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead teams and exercise independent judgement.

Responsibilities

• Direct all event activities to drive promotion and sales of vendor products.
• Communicate strategies to achieve sales, service and operational excellence.
• Oversee governance, policies, and procedures development.
• Collaborate with District Manager to evaluate event performance metrics and adjust as needed.
• Achieve revenue and net income objectives through activation and expense management.
• Optimize customer satisfaction and loyalty through better operations.
