Acosta Group is seeking an Associate to conduct in-store product demonstrations in Austin, TX. You will acquire product knowledge, engage customers, and demonstrate features while maintaining a clean, professional workstation and appearance.

The role involves preparing samples, setting up events, and ensuring 100% execution across assignments. It also includes coordinating with store staff and handling expense reports and online submissions on event days.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• Proficient with personal computers and internal systems.
• Local Food handler permit may be required.

Responsabilidades

• Intercept, engage, interact, and sell product to consumers in a positive manner.
• Communicate features and benefits of the product clearly.
• Prepare and serve food samples using appliances (microwave, fryer, skillet, coffee maker, knives).
• Maintain a clean, sterile, and safe workstation with cleaning chemicals.
• Present a professional appearance consistent with the job requirements.
• Set up and prepare Event Table for execution.
• Aim for 100% execution on assigned work.
• Assist with client visit preparation and audit corrections.
• Build rapport with store personnel to meet objectives.
• Submit expense reports per Company Policy.
• Submit all online requirements on the day of Event execution.
• Access the internet and use internal systems; use Outlook, Word, and Adobe PDF forms.
