Job summary

Acosta Group seeks a part-time in-store demonstration Associate to prepare and present samples, engage customers, and communicate product benefits at participating retailers. This role emphasizes maintaining a professional appearance and a safe, organized workstation during events.

You will learn product details, engage shoppers, and support client objectives while adhering to company policies. Opportunities exist for growth within the Marketing unit.

Qualifications

• Education/experience: High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience or training preferred; or equivalent combination.
• Computer skills: Proficient with PC/mobile devices and internal systems.
• Certificates: Local food handlers permit may be required.

Responsibilities

• Gain knowledge of products represented and stay up-to-date on offerings.
• Proactively engage and sell product to consumers in a positive manner.
• Explain features and benefits of the product to customers.
• Prepare and serve product samples using appliances (microwaves, fryers, skillets, coffee makers, knives).
• Maintain a clean, sterile and safe work station using cleaning chemicals.
• Set up and prepare Event Table for execution and ensure 100% execution on tasks.
• Complete expense reports and submit online requirements on the event day.
