Job summary

Product Connections, part of Acosta Group, is seeking an individual for in-store food and non-food demonstrations. This part-time role involves engaging customers, presenting product benefits, and maintaining a professional appearance in a retail environment.

The role requires basic education (GED or higher), basic computer skills, and potentially a local food handler permit. You will work up to 25 hours weekly with travel as needed and must adhere to company policies and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficient with computers and basic software to navigate internal systems.
• Local Food Handler permit may be required.

Responsibilities

• Proactively intercept, engage, interact, and sell product to the consumer in a positive manner.
• Effectively communicate features and benefits of the product.
• Prepare and serve food samples using small appliances (microwaves, fryers, skillets, coffee makers, knives).
• Maintain a clean, sterile and safe workstation.
• Set up and prepare Event Table for execution.
• Achieve 100% execution on assigned work.
• Assist with preparation for client visits and audit corrections.
• Build and maintain rapport with store personnel to meet objectives.
• Submit expense reports per Company Policy.
• Submit online requirements on the day of Event execution.
• Access the internet and company IS, use Outlook, Word and Adobe PDF forms.

Education
