Job summary

FedEx Office Store Consultant in Norwalk, CT delivers a positive customer experience by using consultative skills to understand needs and suggest FedEx Office products and services. You will handle orders, provide pricing, and guide customers on print, signs & graphics, and shipping solutions.

You will operate and maintain printing and shipping equipment, manage the production queue, and keep the store organized and secure while supporting strong customer service and sales outcomes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6+ months of specialized experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates consultative behaviors in a retail environment to understand each customer’s individualized need.
• Takes complex customer orders using order systems and provides accurate pricing information.
• Operates printing, binding, and other related equipment.
• Assembles parcels and prepares goods for shipping.
• Maintains a safe, clean and orderly retail Store.
• Performs cash handling and POS transactions.
