Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma, high school equivalency or currently attending high school.
• Six months of work experience in a retail or customer service environment preferred.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must successfully pass background investigation according to company policy.
• Must be able to get along with co-workers and work effectively in a team environment.

Responsabilités

• Provide exceptional customer service, including receipt and payment of cash in a high-volume environment.
• Evaluate relationships and recommend bank products and services.
• Follow policies in accordance with bank direction.
• Achieve monthly new account production targets as assigned.
• Participate in a sales environment with aisle prospecting.
• Process deposits and pay out funds; balance daily operations.
• Receive cash and checks, verify amounts, and inspect endorsements.
• Guard against counterfeit checks and fraudulent identification.
• Enter transactions into the computer and issue receipts.
• Sell money orders, cashier's checks, wires, and certificates of deposit.
• Process Western Union wires and cash advances.
• Cross-sell bank services and products.
• Provide bank services to a diverse customer base, including Spanish speakers.
• Attend to tasks requested by supervisors; maintain punctuality.
• Roles include responsibility limits based on authority.
