Formación

• Minimum 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred 6 months of retail or customer service experience.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Background check per company policy.
• Able to work effectively in a team.

Responsabilidades

• Provide exceptional customer service handling cash in a high-volume environment.
• Evaluate customer relationships and recommend bank products and services.
• Follow bank policies and supervisor directions; balance daily transactions.
• Cross-sell bank services to a diverse customer base; we serve a large Spanish-speaking population.
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality; work under supervision.
