Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service, handling cash receipts and payments in a high-volume sales environment.
• Evaluate customer relationships and promote bank products to support financial success.
• Follow bank policies and direction from supervisors.
• Aim for monthly new account production as assigned by management.
• Participate in an active sales environment and in-store prospecting.
• Process deposits and pay-outs, record transactions, and balance daily operations.
• Receive cash and checks, verify amounts and endorsements.
• Provide Western Union wires and cash advances as needed.
• Cross-sell bank services and assist a diverse customer base, including Spanish speakers.
• Attend to other duties as requested; maintain regular attendance.
