Job summary

Michaels Stores in Tampa is seeking an energetic Event Coordinator to plan and run in-store events, including kids birthdays, craft classes, and other activities. You will engage guests, guide them through projects, and help them shop while delivering fast checkouts and friendly service.

Responsibilities include coordinating event logistics, assisting with BOPIS/SFS processes, maintaining store cleanliness, and supporting store teammates. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating multiple events or activities.
• Excellent people skills with guests of all ages.
• Strong communication, written and verbal, and listening skills.
• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
