Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs occasionally.
• Able to work evenings and weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and recommending products.
• Build trust with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and consistently with policies.
• Work to achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals.
• Maintain accurate work orders and inventory records.
• Pull products from floor or warehouse as needed.
• Tint and mix products per customer specifications.
• Stock shelves and set up displays.
• Clean store equipment and maintain store cleanliness.
• Assist in loading/unloading delivery trucks and deliveries.
• Maintain in-stock, presentable conditions in assigned areas.
• Stay knowledgeable on products and discuss options with customers.
• Follow inventory control procedures and suggest improvements.
