Primark in Willow Grove, PA, is seeking an in-store Operations Support colleague to assist the Store Manager and the Environmental Health & Safety Lead with day-to-day store operations and safety duties. You will help maintain a safe shopping environment and deliver a positive customer experience.

You will handle POS ticketing, stock accuracy, EHS training, contractor coordination, and routine audits, while contributing to operational excellence and a welcoming team culture.

Responsabilidades

• Support Store Manager and the EHS Lead with store operational and EHS tasks.
• Maintain a safe working environment and promote a positive shopping experience.
• Print POS tickets and assist with updating price adjustments.
• Coordinate EHS training and onboarding of new hires.
• Raise maintenance repair orders and liaise with contractors.
• Input updates to systems and maintain stock file accuracy.
• Order PPE and shop floor supplies, ensure First Aid kits are stocked.
• Support routine self-audits and report to In-Store Lead on activities and deadlines.
