Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to work in-store and own start-to-finish merchandising tasks including planograms, signage, price changes, and fixture assembly. You will interact with customers and team members, delivering legendary service using GURA: Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend products, Ask for the sale.

You will support other duties and ensure planogram integrity while maintaining a safe, productive store environment.

Qualifications

• Experience: Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• ,

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Perform project related measurements.
• Complete store price changes accurately and in a timely manner.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Perform recovery and review planogram integrity.
• Provide legendary customer service in stores using the GURA approach.
