Job summary

Tractor Supply’s FAST Team Member role focuses on executing start-to-finish tasks in-store, including planograms, signage, price changes, and fixture assembly. You will support customers and team members with legendary service, prioritizing the customer and using the GURA framework to drive sales.

Expected to be available for varied shifts, you’ll communicate with the District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations, complete planogram resets, and maintain signage and merchandising across the store

Qualifications

• Experience: Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively and regularly with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations on work completion, issues, and offer solutions to overcome.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Perform project related measurements.
• Complete store price changes accurately and in a timely manner.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage including, but not limited to, Circulars, Price Cuts and Managers’ Specials.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Promote a safe and productive work environment for Team Members and customers and adhere to Company safety training and guidelines.
• Team Members also may be required to perform other duties as assigned.
