Job summary

The Retail Odyssey Company, an Advantage Solutions company, is hiring for in-store merchandising roles in Indiana. You will build displays, reset shelves, and track inventory while supporting leadership with reporting and onboarding new hires. Training is provided, and growth opportunities exist within the company.

Ideal candidates are 18+, capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, and have reliable transportation. Prior merchandising experience is welcome, but not required.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles preferred but not required.
• Ability to interact with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store merchandising support to retailers to meet shoppers' needs.
• Build displays and end caps, reset shelves with product rotation, and track inventory.
• Support leadership with reporting, training, scheduling, and onboarding new hires.
