Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a FAST Team Member to work in a single store, handling planograms, signage, price changes, and merchandise/fixture assembly. You will engage customers with legendary service and support district coordination for tasks and improvements.

Requirements include 18+ years old, basic reading/writing, and prior retail or merchandising experience is preferred. The role emphasizes flexible shifts, safety, and teamwork to maintain store standards.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is preferred or required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Execute planograms and resets accurately and on time.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage including circulars and price changes.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Maintain regular attendance and flexible, rotating shifts as needed.
• Provide legendary customer service and greet customers using GURA guidelines.
• Assist with price changes and promotional sign maintenance.
• Support other store tasks as assigned by management.
