Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to join our Field Activity Support Team. You will own and execute planograms, sign updates, price changes and fixture assembly in a single store, while delivering legendary customer service.

You will collaborate with the District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations, maintain planogram integrity, complete measurements, and ensure safety. The role requires reliability, basic computer skills, and the ability to read, write, and count accurately;

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or merchandising preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Reading, writing, and counting ability required.

Responsibilities

• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Perform project related measurements.
• Complete store price changes accurately and in a timely manner.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage including, but not limited to, Circulars, Price Cuts and Managers’ Specials.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Perform recovery and review planogram integrity.
• Provide legendary customer service using GURA: Greet, Unearth needs, Recommend, Ask for the Sale.
