Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to work in-store as part of the Field Activity Support Team. You will own and execute planograms, signage, price changes, and assist with merchandise fixtures while delivering legendary customer service.

Responsibilities include completing planograms, updating pricing, assembling PDQs, and communicating with the District FAST Supervisor. Availability for varied shifts and a customer-first approach are essential.

Qualifications

• Retail or merchandising experience required.
• HS diploma preferred but not required; read, write and count accurately.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to communicate proactively with supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Execute planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage including price changes.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Provide legendary customer service to customers in-store using the GURA framework.
