Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a FAST Team Member to support one store by executing planograms, signage, price changes, and fixture assembly. You will interact with customers and team members to deliver legendary service and support other tasks as needed.

The role emphasizes attendance, flexible shifts, and proactive communication with district leadership while maintaining planogram integrity and safety standards across the store.

Qualifications

• Experience: Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Reading, writing and counting ability required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work shifts dictated by business needs.
• Proactively communicate with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Perform project-related measurements.
• Complete store price changes accurately and promptly.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage (Circulars, Price Cuts, Managers’ Specials).
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Maintain planogram integrity and recovery tasks.
• Provide legendary customer service using the GURA approach.
• Promote a safe and productive work environment and follow safety guidelines.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
