Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to join the Field Activity Support Team, primarily in a single store, to own and execute start-to-finish tasks such as planograms, signage, price changes, and merchandise/fixture assembly while delivering legendary customer service.

You will interact with customers and team members, maintain planogram integrity, and complete updates accurately and on time.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or merchandising experience is required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Perform store price changes accurately and in a timely manner.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage, including circulars and specials.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Provide legendary customer service and assist customers in-store.
