Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to own and execute start-to-finish retail tasks within a single store, including planograms, signage and price changes, while delivering legendary customer service. The role involves assembling fixtures, maintaining planogram integrity, and collaborating with store teams to meet business needs.

Ideal candidates have prior retail or merchandising experience, are 18+, and can read, write and count accurately.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail and/or merchandising is required.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills preferred.
• Basic computer skills and ability to read, write, and count.
• Interpersonal skills and self-directed with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Attend to store duties with regular, predictable attendance.
• Execute planograms and resets accurately and promptly.
• Perform store price changes and maintain signage.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Provide legendary customer service while in stores.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations.
• Promote a safe, productive work environment and comply with safety guidelines.
• May be assigned other duties as needed.
