Job summary

Tractor Supply seeks a FAST Team Member to work primarily in-store, owning end-to-end tasks such as planograms, signage, price changes, and merchandise assembly. You will interact with customers and team members, delivering legendary customer service and supporting fixture maintenance.

Ideal candidates have retail/merchandising experience, are 18+, and can read, write, and count accurately. Flexibility, strong communication, and basic computer skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.
• Regardless of education level, FAST Team Members must be able to read, write and count accurately.
• Basic computer skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations on work completion and issues.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Perform project-related measurements and price changes.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage (Circulares, Price Cuts, Managers’ Specials).
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Provide legendary customer service in stores using the GURA framework.
• Adhere to safety training and guidelines.
