Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to own and execute store-level tasks from start to finish, including planograms, signage, price changes, and fixture assembly.

You will interact with customers and team members, delivering legendary customer service and supporting merchandising and store operations across shifts. The role emphasizes reliability, flexibility, and strong communication in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Self-directed and able to complete assignments with little to no assistance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Perform project related measurements.
• Complete store price changes accurately and timely.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Promote a safe and productive work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
