Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a FAST Team Member to own and execute start-to-finish tasks such as planograms, signage, price changes, and merchandise fixtures within a single store. You will interact with customers and teammates to deliver legendary service in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role requires availability for varying shifts, reading and following store standards, and a focus on safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or merchandising experience is essential.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain planograms and store resets accurately and on time.
• Update store signage including price changes and promotions.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs and ensure planogram integrity.
• Provide legendary customer service and greet customers using the GURA approach.
