Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to work in-store, owning end-to-end tasks such as planograms, signage, price changes, and fixture assembly. You’ll support other duties including merchandise, and maintain signage, while delivering legendary customer service to shoppers.

The role emphasizes availability, adaptability, and a customer-first attitude, with shifts typical for retail and a focus on safety and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or merchandising experience preferred or required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older; read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Perform planograms, resets, and signage updates.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage and price changes.
• Provide legendary customer service using the GURA method.
