Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a FAST Team Member to work in a single store, owning start-to-finish tasks such as planograms, signage, price changes, and support for merchandising, fixtures, and PDQs, while delivering legendary customer service.

You will interact with customers and team members, maintain safety standards, communicate with the District FAST Supervisor, and perform related duties as assigned to keep the store running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail and/or customer service preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations on work completion and issues.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Perform project-related measurements.
• Complete store price changes accurately and in a timely manner.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Ensure planogram integrity and safety compliance.
