Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to work in a single store, owning start-to-finish tasks such as planograms, signage, and price changes while delivering legendary customer service. You will install fixtures, assemble merchandise, and support the district FAST Supervisor and Store Operations on task completion, with shifts aligning to business needs.

Prior retail or merchandising experience is preferred; you must be 18+ and able to read, write, and count.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and/or merchandising experience required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Execute planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage and price signs.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Provide legendary customer service to shoppers in-store.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations on progress and issues.
