Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to join the Field Activity Support Team (FAST) and work primarily in one store. You will own and execute start-to-finish tasks like planograms, signage updates, price changes, and fixture assembly while supporting other duties.

The role emphasizes strong communication, reliability, and customer service. You will interact with customers and team members, ensuring a legendary shopping experience in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail and/or merchandising is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Reads, writes and counts accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work shifts as needed by business needs.
• Communicate with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations on work completion and issues.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Install, update and maintain store signage (Circulars, Price Cuts, Managers’ Specials).
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Provide legendary customer service using the GURA approach.
• Perform duties to promote a safe work environment.
