Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to join our Field Activity Support Team in a store. You will own and execute planograms, signage updates, price changes, and fixture assembly while helping customers and teammates with legendary service.

Responsibilities include completing planograms and resets, installing signage, and supporting other tasks as needed. The role requires flexibility, reliability, and a customer-first mindset in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Retail or merchandising experience required.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine or welding knowledge preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma preferred, read/write/count abilities required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work shifts dictated by business needs.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Provide legendary customer service in stores.
