Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a FAST Team Member to own and execute store tasks from planograms to price changes and signage. You will support merchandise and fixture assembly and maintain all signage while delivering legendary customer service to shoppers.

The role emphasizes flexibility, reliability, and team collaboration, with opportunities to assist across tasks and ensure a smooth store operation.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Regardless of education level, FAST Team Members must be able to read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage including Circulars, Price Cuts and Managers’ Specials.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Provide legendary customer service using the GURA framework.
