Job summary

Tractor Supply Company seeks a FAST Team Member to join the Field Activity Support Team, predominantly in one store. You will own and execute start-to-finish tasks such as planograms, signage, price changes, and merchandise/fixture assembly while interacting with customers and teammates to deliver legendary service.

Expected duties include planograms, resets, and signage maintenance, with flexibility, reliability, and a focus on safety.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required.
• Must be able to read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage including signage and Circulars.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Perform price changes accurately and timely.
• Provide legendary customer service while in stores.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations on work completion and issues.
