Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a FAST Team Member to work in-store and execute start-to-finish tasks such as planograms, signage, and price changes while supporting merchandise assembly and fixture setup. You will interact with customers and teammates to deliver legendary service and maintain signage accuracy.

Qualifications

• Experience: Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Regardless of education level, FAST Team Members must be able to read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations on work completion and issues.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Perform project related measurements and price changes.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage including circulars, price cuts and managers’ specials.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Promote a safe and productive work environment.
• Provide legendary customer service to customers in stores using GURA: Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend products, Ask for the sale.
