Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a FAST Team Member to work in-store, owning planograms, signage, price changes, and fixture assembly while delivering legendary customer service. You will interact with customers and teammates, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in tasks from planogram resets to price updates.

Qualified candidates have retail or merchandising experience, are at least 18, and can read, write, and count. The role may require varying shifts and offers a path to growth within the team.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or merchandising experience is required.
• High school diploma preferred but not required; reading, writing and counting skills required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Perform project related measurements.
• Complete store price changes accurately and in a timely manner.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Perform recovery and review planogram integrity.
• Provide legendary customer service using the GURA method: Greet, Uncover, Recommend, Ask for the Sale.
• Promote a safe and productive work environment.
• Team Members may be assigned other duties as needed.
