Job summary

The Retail Odyssey Company is hiring an in-store merchandiser to help shape shopper experiences in our Oregon Bay City area. You will build displays, rotate stock, track inventory, and support leadership with onboarding and scheduling. Training is provided, with opportunities for growth and a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates are 18+, able to lift 50 lbs, comfortable using a smartphone/tablet for shift records, and skilled in teamwork and safety-first retail operations.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years merchandising experience required or in a related retail role.
• Able to lead and train others effectively.
• 18 years or older and able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store merchandising support: build displays and end caps, rotate shelves, and track inventory.
• Support leadership with reporting, scheduling, and onboarding new hires.
• Use mobile devices to record work after each shift.
• Deliver friendly customer service and maintain safety-first retail operations.
