Job summary

Mondelēz seeks an in-store merchandising representative to travel to duty stations and engage with store personnel. You will support seasonal sales, stock shelves, and implement displays while maintaining brand standards.

You will communicate store insights via Salesforce, capture display photos through DMI, and build relationships with store teams. A valid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 50 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and ability to build relationships with store personnel while executing merchandising principles.
• Experience applying merchandising standards and promotional displays in retail settings.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar store communication tools.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in stores with professionalism and positivity.
• Deliver customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute store visits according to DSD Merchandising Principles, including capturing display photos via DMI.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel.
• Stock shelves, rotate products, and maintain brand standards.
• Implement promotional displays according to negotiated plans.
• Follow schedules and priorities set by the Retail Territory Manager.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events.
• Communicate store-level insights, issues, and opportunities via Salesforce.
• Safely lift, bend, carry, and move products between stockrooms and store floors.
