Job summary

Mondelēz International is hiring a Full Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer in Lancaster, TX. You will fulfill merchandising needs by stocking shelves, building displays, and ordering product via iPad to keep in-stock conditions while representing iconic brands such as Oreo, Ritz, Chips Ahoy, and Triscuit.

You will visit stores, collaborate with sales reps, follow merchandising guidelines, and assist with seasonal promotions.

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Able to lift up to 25 lbs and occasionally over 50 lbs.
Live within 25 miles of Lancaster, TX; travel to Duncanville, TX as needed.

Responsibilities

Represent Mondelēz in-store with store employees and collaborate with sales reps to optimize visibility and displays.
Conduct in-store visits and capture photos of displays per Mondelēz merchandising steps.
Order products via iPad to keep shelves in stock and well stocked.
Ensure leading brands (Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, Triscuit) are well represented and maintained.
Follow negotiated plans with store managers and communicate issues to management.
Adhere to the daily merchandising schedule to maximize in-store efficiency.
Enhance seasonal displays and support new product launches.
Maintain a positive, proactive attitude while representing Mondelēz.
