Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Full Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to fulfill merchandising needs at customer sites, stocking shelves, and building displays for world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, and Triscuit.

You will represent Mondelēz in stores, perform in-store visits, order products via iPad, ensure brands are well stocked, and follow the merchandising plan. Strong communication and a proactive attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid state driver’s license.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Positive, professional attitude; able to work independently.
• Able to drive personal vehicle with insurance; mileage reimbursed.
• Capable of hard physical work including lifting up to 25 lbs, occasionally 50 lbs.
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25-35 miles of Princeton, MN; secondary location St. Cloud, MN.
• Open weekend availability; start time 06:00 AM - 08:00 AM.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in stores and optimize shelf displays.
• Carry out in-store visits and capture display photos.
• Order product via iPad for shelf and display to maintain stock.
• Ensure Nabisco brands are well represented and stocked per guidelines.
• Follow plans with store managers and report issues to management.
• Follow daily merchandising schedule for efficient in-store service.
• Enhance seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches.
• Demonstrate a positive attitude while representing Mondelēz in store.
