Job summary

Mondelēz in Livermore is seeking an in-store merchandiser to represent the brand professionally, serve store teams and shoppers, and execute scheduled visits with diligence.

You will build relationships with store personnel, place orders via iPad and Salesforce, and install promotional displays while reporting insights to the RTM team. This on-site role requires lifting stock and early shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license for residence state required.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Positive and professional attitude; able to work independently.
• Must be able to drive a personal vehicle to store locations.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and commitment to excellence.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits following DSD Merchandising Excellence; capture photos via DMI.
• Build and maintain relationships with backroom receivers, store managers, and staff.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure RTM display plan compliance.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by the RTM.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility events.
• Communicate store-level insights and opportunities to RTM and management.
• Safely lift, bend, move and stock products from stock rooms to shelves.
