Job summary

Mondelēz is seeking an energetic merchandiser to represent the brand in stores across the Lincoln area. You will perform daily store visits, build strong relationships with store personnel, and ensure shelves and displays align with RTM plans.

Proficiency with Salesforce helps you keep product in stock and to order supplies via iPad. The role requires a reliable driver, a positive attitude, and the ability to lift and move products in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Valid driver's license for state of residence.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Positive, professional attitude; able to work independently.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle to multiple store locations.
• Able to perform hard work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and commitment to excellence.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits following DSD Merchandising Excellence; capture photos via DMI.
• Build and maintain relationships with backroom receivers, store managers, and staff.
• Order product via iPad using Salesforce to maintain in-stock conditions.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM plans.
