Job summary

Mondelēz in-store representative in San Jose seeks a professional, motivated team member to represent the brand in retailers and deliver outstanding service to store teams and shoppers, while executing daily visits per DSD Merchandising Excellence.

You will build relationships with store personnel, order product via iPad using Salesforce, implement promotional displays, follow RTM plans, and support launches and seasonal events.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Positive and professional attitude; self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Ability to drive a personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to a variety of store locations.
• Live within 25-35 miles range from the primary location: San Jose, CA.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and commitment to excellence.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits following DSD Merchandising Excellence and capture display photos via DMI.
• Build and maintain relationships with backroom receivers, store managers, and store personnel.
• Order product via iPad using Salesforce to maintain in-stock conditions.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM plans.
• Follow daily RTM schedules and priorities.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility events.
• Communicate store-level insights and opportunities to the RTM and management team.
• Lift, bend, and move products up to 25 lbs; push/pull up to 50 lbs as needed.
