Job summary

Hallmark is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to work in various retail stores, independently managing Hallmark product placement, inventory, and displays while building retailer relationships. This role requires travel to multiple stores and a proactive, energetic approach.

The position offers 10–12 hours per week at a pay rate of $15.00-$17.00 per hour. Paid training is provided, with voluntary benefits available to part-time employees. Availability during holidays and for resets is expected.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Able to read, write and understand English.
• Able to lift up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Able to operate a digital handheld device.
• Access to Wi-Fi and transportation to stores.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day engagement: restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark product inventories in assigned stores.
• Holiday support: extended hours and days around major holidays.
• Department resets: assist with installations and reconfigurations of fixtures.
• One Team Vision: collaborate with Hallmark field team and other merchandisers.
