Job summary

Hallmark is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to work with local store teams, optimize product placement, and maintain inventory in the Hallmark department. The role emphasizes independence, organization, and strong retailer relationships as you represent Hallmark in stores you service.

You will restock displays, support seasonal resets, and assist with installations while coordinating with supervisors. Typical hours average 9–13 per week and pay $20.00–$22.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to read, write and understand English.
• Ability to grasp, pull, lift, and carry products up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Able to operate a digital hand‑held device to open and read documents and interpret information.
• You have access to a Wi‑Fi network and the internet.
• You have access to consistent transportation to travel to and between assigned stores as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day engagement: restock, organize, and monitor inventory within Hallmark department using a mobile device.
• Holiday support: assist with seasonal demand and extended hours around holidays.
• Department Resets: participate in installations, fixture moves, and reset of card sections.
