Job summary

Renewal by Andersen in the Twin Cities area is seeking outgoing marketers to join the Retail & Event Marketing Team. This part-time role is based at premier retail and event locations, where you book appointments for no-cost consultations with a Renewal by Andersen expert.

You control your earnings: base pay + incentive; the role offers $16.50 per hour plus up to $1,000 bi-weekly in commission. Must be at least 18 hours/week, lift 50 pounds, and have a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• You're a true people person with strong communication.
• Motivated to help build the RBA footprint and brand.
• Dedicated and dependable team player with reliability.
• Available at least 18 hours per week including weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and maintain mobility.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Talk to prospective customers in-store and book no-cost appointments.
• Participate in paid training and follow proven marketing methods.
