Job summary

Ocean State Job Lot is seeking a Retail Marketing Manager to develop and execute strategic in-store marketing and sales initiatives across our retail partners. You will collaborate with sales and merchandising teams to design and procure POS materials, merchandising solutions, and promotions that drive traffic and sales.

You will own the end-to-end in-store campaign lifecycle from brief to execution, manage budgets, and ensure brand integrity with account managers nationwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field required.
• 3–5 years of retail shopper marketing experience with promotional program execution preferred (CPG/food a plus).
• Ability to plan, coordinate and execute in-store marketing initiatives end-to-end.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Leads the strategic development and planning of all in-store marketing and signage initiatives.
• Develops and manages weekly, monthly and annual strategic plans for marketing and in-store signage based on merchandising initiatives, sales goals and shopper insights.
• Collaborates with account and merchandising teams to develop marketing plans, displays, promotions and events that foster customer engagement, drive traffic and increase sales.
• Directs the end-to-end lifecycle of in-store campaigns from brief to production and execution, including budgets and collateral distribution.
