Qualifications

• 3+ years in retail sales
• 3+ years in customer service preferred
• 1+ year in apparel, footwear, or luxury goods preferred

Responsibilities

• Greet, assist, and provide best-in-class customer service to all Kith clients & customers.
• Foster and maintain relationships with clients through professional after-sale communication.
• Display expertise and familiarity of product knowledge, brand history, company policies, and store strategies.
• Partner with Management to execute action plans and brand initiatives.
• Assist in ensuring completion of operational tasks as needed.
• Maintain a visually appealing sales floor and brand standards.
• Communicate sell-through and product availability.
